How you will make an impact

As the Engineering Plant Maintenance Manager, you will be responsible for all aspects of infrastructure, plant, and equipment at Cabrini Health in a safe and reliable operational manner as an integral part of service delivery to Cabrini Health customers.

The Engineering Plant Maintenance Manager is part of the engineering management team responsible for supervision, support, and assistance in all activities as necessary to deliver a safe and compliant facility, within the framework of the missions, values, and behaviours of Cabrini Health.

You will have:
ESSENTIAL- Mechanical/Air Conditioning or Electrical trade or Tertiary qualification and/or experience in a similar position in healthcare, education, hospitality, or a similar environment.- Computer literacy: Advanced Word, Excel- Appropriate vaccination requirements

Experience- Practical experience with Steam plant, Heating Ventilation & Air Conditioning, Building Automation Systems, Power distribution, and Fire systems.- Staff/contractor supervisory experience.- Demonstrated effective interpersonal and communication skills.- Demonstrated organisational capability.- Ability to effectively determine and implement work priorities.
