How you will make an impact
As the Engineering Workshop Maintenance Manager, you will be responsible for all aspects of building infrastructure maintenance at Cabrini Health in a safe and reliable operational manner as an integral part of service delivery to Cabrini Health customers.
You will be part of the engineering management team responsible for supervision, support, and assistance in all activities as necessary to deliver a safe and compliant facility, within the framework of the missions, values, and behaviours of Cabrini Health.
You will have:
ESSENTIAL
- Building/Carpentry or Electrical trade or Tertiary qualification and/or experience in a similar position in Health Care, education, hospitality, or a similar environment
- Appropriate vaccination requirements
Experience
- Practical experience in building infrastructure and Essential Services maintenance.
- Staff/contractor supervisory experience.
- Demonstrated effective interpersonal and communication skills.
- Demonstrated organisational capability.
- Ability to effectively determine and implement work priorities.
