**A bit about the role**

Reporting to the Operations Manager and part of the Community Services leadership team, the Team Leader Community Allied /SE is responsible for a specific part of Windana's service delivery and leads a multidisciplinary team to provide quality care in the Windana client journey of recovery. The role provides clinical expertise (including a caseload) and is responsible for providing supervision and management of a team of staff engaged in providing clinical care to ensure Windana delivers comprehensive person-centred care across the client journey.
**You may be the one we are looking for if you have**:
- Experience working in a clinical setting or similar environment delivering a consistent model of care within the sector of alcohol and other drugs, mental health or community service.
- Knowledge and experience in clinical risk assessment, case management and strategies pertaining to clients' needs and in relation to mental health and drug and alcohol issues.
- Advanced therapeutic skills in the drug and alcohol service system, including trauma-informed care and knowledge of principles on harm minimisation relating to illicit drug use.
- Experience in leading a team within a changing service delivery environment, including planning, prioritising and influencing individual performance to achieve business outcomes and targets.
- Experience in supporting staff through feedback, coaching and mentoring including management of performance and behaviour.
- Tertiary qualifications in Social Work, Occupational Therapy, Psychology, Nursing, Allied Health or related Social Science Field.
- Post Grad in AOD or Certificate IV AOD is essential
**The program**
The Community Services Program delivers a range of Alcohol and Drug (AOD) treatment services including:
- Withdrawal and Community intake and assessment.
- Therapeutic Community intake.
- Counselling
- Care and Recovery Coordination (CRC)
- voluntary and forensic.
- AOD Family Services.
- Therapeutic Day Program.
- Health and Healing (including complementary therapies and art therapy).
- and the South East Consortium of Alcohol and Drug Agencies (SECADA).
