We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated **Supervisor with strong wine knowledge** to join our team at **Pearl Dining**, a premium venue located inside the iconic AMP building at Circular Quay. Pearl Dining operates **Thursday & Friday lunches** and **Tuesday to Saturday dinners**.

**What we’re looking for**:

- **Experience**: Minimum 1 year as a team leader or supervisor in a premium restaurant setting.
- **Wine Knowledge**: Expertise in advising guests on wine pairings, maintaining stock levels, arranging wine tastings and pairing events, and providing staff training on wine knowledge.
- **Leadership**: Ability to manage the venue as a Supervisor, ensuring smooth operations and delivering a high level of guest service.
- **Guest Focus**: Commitment to creating a positive guest experience by understanding and exceeding expectations.
- **Team Communication**: Strong collaboration with FOH and BOH teams to maintain excellent operations.
- **Flexibility**: Availability to work weekends and nights.
- **Qualification**: WSET Level 2 or higher is highly regarded.

**Salary**: $70,000 - $78,000 per annual + super, depending on experience.
