**Key Duties and Responsibilities**
- Ensure proper record management, data accuracy, and completion, including but not limited to:

- Student Files
- Student Attendance Records
- Student Management System
- Student Course Progress
- Coordinate with Trainers
- Timetables
- Maintaining the overall RTO/CRICOS as per ASQA standards
- Ensure student assessments are received in a timely manner and paperwork is all up to date.
- Intervention analysis to review overall result for students course completion and review of academic curriculum
- Identifying students who require support and guidance and supervise the progress for students
- Looking into Credit Transfers, assessments, certificate issuance, extensions, special considerations, deferment/suspension/withdrawal/cancellation and intervention.
- Keeping up to date with Regulatory requirements and College Policies and Associated Procedures & Practices
- Ensuring the documentation of trainers are up to date and compliant

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Applicants must hold Certificate IV in Training and Assessment and have current industry skills and knowledge.
- Previous Experience in the same field (minimum 2 year)
- Sound knowledge of VET Quality Framework, ASQA, CRICOS Requirements, Standards for RTOs 2015, The National Code 2018 and other relevant regulations.
- Experience in SMS & LMS (Student Management Systems & Learning Management Systems)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: $70,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 40 per week
