Are you ready to lead a dynamic team in the world of iconic Australian fashion? Gorman, renowned for bold prints and vibrant colour palettes, seeks a passionate and creative Store Manager for our Chadstone store, located in the Chadstone Shopping Centre, which is one of Australia’s largest and busiest retail destinations. Chadstone offers free staff parking and is well-serviced by public transport, with frequent buses connecting to Oakleigh and Hughesdale train stations.

Working full-time from Tuesday to Saturday, this position provides the opportunity for someone to play a key role in leading our team and ensuring an authentic customer experience. We seek a dedicated leader committed to developing their team and driving sales. You'll have the opportunity to nurture talent, create a positive store culture, and contribute to the continued growth of our brand.

**As Store Manager, you'll**:
**⠂**Provide advice and offer styling recommendations to customers
**⠂**Drive sales and key performance indicators (KPIs)
**⠂**Support the training and recruitment of great talent into the team
**⠂**Create visually appealing store displays
**⠂**Manage store administration, operations, and loss prevention.
