About the role

Cinque Terre Chadstone Pty Ltd is seeking experienced Chef de Partie to join our vibrant and dynamic kitchen team in our renowned Italian restaurant & Newly established Fresh Pasta Bar located in the heart of Chadstone, Melbourne (Cinque Terre Chadstone & Amalfi Fresh Pasta)

As a fulltime Chef de Partie, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional culinary experiences to our customers.

What you'll be doing

  • Preparing high-quality Italian dishes including pizza, pasta and grilled specialities to the highest standards
  • Maintaining a clean, safe and organised kitchen environment
  • Ensuring all food safety and hygiene standards are upheld
  • Providing guidance and mentorship to junior kitchen staff
  • Contributing to a positive and collaborative team environment

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Chef de Partie or equivalent role in a high-volume restaurant or hotel kitchen
  • Strong technical skills in preparing Italian cuisine, particularly pizza, pasta and grilled dishes
  • Excellent time management and organisational abilities to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • A passion for using fresh, high-quality ingredients and creating delicious, visually appealing dishes
  • A team player with strong communication and leadership skills
  • Food safety and hygiene certification
