For over 20 years, Vic’s Meat has proudly been the trusted butcher for Melbourne’s finest restaurants, delivering the exceptional quality that chefs demand. Now, we’re bringing that same restaurant-grade meat to a brand-new retail butcher shop, with the addition of an exciting new deli concept, serving up mouthwatering sandwiches, fresh salads, and sides, located in the bustling new ‘Market Pavilion’ food precinct of Chadstone Shopping Centre. As a family business with a passion for excellence, we are dedicated to offering Melbourne consumers the finest selection of premium, sustainably sourced meats. **Key responsibilities**:

- Methodically and accurately cutting and preparing meat cuts for the store.
- Ensuring the daily set up and pack down of the meat display.
- Providing genuine friendly and professional service to all customers.
- Working closely with the retail team to develop a strong and productive work culture.
- Completing all tasks in a timely and consistent manner.
- Assist with stock control, product margin and labour management.
- PrimeSafe and HACCP compliance.
- WH&S and Quality Assurance guidelines.

**To be successful**...You will be able to demonstrate proven previous butchery experience and display a passion for the craft of butchery. Confidence, reliability, and dependability are required along with a desire for excellent customer service and a team minded approach together with a commitment to learning and improvement.

Pay: From $80,000.00 per year
