**Specialised Support Worker - End-of-Life & Elderly / Disability Care**
- Part-Time / Casual - Shoalhaven area_

Every Human Disability Services is seeking a compassionate and experienced Support Worker to provide quality care and companionship to our elderly and end-of-life clients.
This role requires genuine empathy, emotional maturity, and confidence to work independently while providing comfort and dignity to those in their final stages of life.

**About the Role**

You will provide personalised support to clients in their homes, assisting with daily living and offering emotional reassurance to both clients and their families. Duties may include:

- Personal care and hygiene support
- Medication monitoring
- Meal preparation and domestic assistance
- Companionship and social engagement
- Transport to appointments or outings
- Thorough cleaning and home organisation
- Supporting mental and emotional wellbeing

This position begins with approximately **2-4 hours every few days**, with the potential for additional hours depending on client needs and new contracts. An interest in working with NDIS participants is desirable.

- **Experienced in end-of-life or aged care** (or willing to complete training)

**Essential Requirements**
- Police Check (issued within the last 3 years)
- Infection Control certification (issued withing the last 12 mths)
- First Aid & CPR certification
- Reliable, insured vehicle
- 100 points of ID (passport or birth certificate required)
- Minimum 12 months’ experience in personal care or aged care
