Busy Bees at Scarborough is an 80-place service, conveniently located in the beachside community of Scarborough, situated just off Scarborough Beach Road and only a 5-minute drive from Scarborough Beach. We have with spacious open-plan rooms filled with natural light and engaging outdoor environments and a team of passionate, dedicated Educators & Teachers.

Essential Qualifications & Licences:
- Diploma in Early Childhood Education (or an equivalent/higher qualification as recognized by ACECQA).- A current and valid Working with Children's Check.- First Aid certificate including training in asthma and anaphylaxis.- Current & valid Australian Work Rights.

Desirable Skills, Knowledge and Experience- Strong understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standard (NQS) to ensure quality education and outcomes.- Previous experience as a Lead Educator/Room Leader required (1+ years' experience minimum)- Proven leadership skills in guiding and mentoring educators in early childhood settings.- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for engaging with children, families, colleagues, and management.- Experience in developing, implementing, and evaluating tailored educational programs.- Ability to foster positive, collaborative relationships with children, families, and colleagues.- Proficient in using software for documentation, family communication, and educational planning.
