Calling all dynamic and enthusiastic individuals Mineral Resources, a leading mining services company, is seeking a highly motivated Ramp Operator to join our People Facilities & Logistics (PFL) team at Perth Airport. As a Ramp Operator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient handling of aircraft operations. Your responsibilities will include guiding and positioning aircraft on the ramp, loading and unloading baggage and cargo, and ensuring the safety and security of all operations. You will also be responsible for the operation and maintenance of ground support equipment, ensuring compliance with all relevant safety regulations and company policies.

To excel in this role, you must possess excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively under pressure. Strong communication skills and a team-oriented approach are essential, as you will collaborate closely with pilots, ground crew, and other operations personnel.
