**About the role and where you will be working**:
Reporting to the Head of Client Experience, the Receptionist supports positive experiences of our brands with our visitors, consumers and staff. Their organizational and multi-tasking abilities help us to stay track and keep the business running smoothly. This acts as a role model in great customer service as they are an important first touch point face to the organisation and Central Office.

This position is located in Rivervale working 2 days a week from 8:30am - 5:00pm (Tuesdays and Wednesdays) permanent part time.

**We'll also be asking you to**:

- Greet all visitors to office to ensure visitors, staff and consumers have excellent experiences.
- Supporting visitors and staff to undertake RAT tests and check-in using Zipline for front reception.
- Answering phone calls and returning messages to provide excellent experiences using the call centre IVR system, operating within designated business hours.
- Navigating calls to business units to ensure clients and staff have an excellent experience.
- Ensuring roster for lunch breaks and leave is managed to create excellent experiences for our clients and staff.
