Hotel Receptionist

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and check-in guests in a professional and friendly manner
- Assist with reservations, manage booking systems, and ensure smooth guest arrivals
- Provide local information, recommendations, and helpful services to guests
- Handle guest requests efficiently and resolve any issues with a calm, proactive approach
- Maintain an organized and clean front desk area
- Ensure all guest information is kept secure and confidential
- Perform various administrative duties as needed
- **Drive the motel’s airport shuttle service**, ensuring timely and safe transportation for guests to and from the airport
- Assist guests with luggage and ensure shuttle rides are comfortable and stress-free
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and restaurant teams as needed
- **Must have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a busy environment
- Ability to work independently and as part of a small, focused team
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is a plus, but not required
- Comfortable handling a shuttle vehicle and assisting guests with luggage
- Flexible with the ability to work varied hours, including weekdays, weekends, and public holidays
- Friendly, approachable, and always willing to go the extra mile for guests
