We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented **HR Coordinator** to join our team This role is an excellent opportunity for someone eager to gain hands-on experience in human resources while developing essential workplace skills. As an HR Intern, you will support various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and administrative tasks.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist with the recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews
- Help coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding processes
- Maintain and update HR records, employee files, and databases
- Support employee engagement initiatives, such as events and recognition programs
- Assist in drafting HR-related documents, policies, and reports
- Handle administrative tasks related to HR processes and compliance
- Respond to employee inquiries and provide basic HR support
- Participate in HR projects and initiatives as needed

**Requirements**:

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- High level of confidentiality and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- A proactive and positive attitude with a willingness to learn

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual

Pay: $34.22 - $37.52 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- No weekends
- On call

Supplementary Pay:

- Overtime pay
