Goaldis Community Services are a specialist mental health NDIS Provider that operate across Western Sydney.

They provide support to those with complex mental health, including: challenging behvaiours, substance abuse, and exiting the forensic system.

We are seeking mental health support workers who can support our participants in accommodation setting across our homes in St Marys.

The job duties include:

- Providing support to those with mental health
- Managing challenging behaviours and de-escalation
- Prompting for medication and personal care
- Assistance with daily living - cooking, cleaning and laundry
- Providing transport to medical appointments, recreational activities etc.

Please note that - no personal care is required in this role

The essentials for this role:

- A willingness and capacity to work with mental health
- Either lived or professional experience
- A relevant qualification or willing to obtain
- Ability to pass a NDIS Workers Check and Working with Children Check
- Your own transport
- First Aid and CPR

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $30.00 - $42.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 per week
