Seeking experienced Home Lending Specialists for in-branch opportunities across Melbourne. Nurture your portfolio of existing customers and maximise home lending opportunities.

**ABOUT THE ROLE**

PERSOLKELLY have partnered with a Bank with a large presence nationally. They are growing their Retail division across a number of locations and currently there is an opening for a Home Lending Portfolio Manager to join on a Permanent basis. You will provide a thorough, consultative and nurturing service to your portfolio ensuring each client receives a premium service.

**KEY DUTIES**:

- Take over the management of the current lending portfolio of 400-500 high net worth clients, managing the existing relationships with Home Loan customers
- Offer other products and services tailored to individual financial goals
- Ensure compliance and administrative requirements are met, utilising relationship officers within the team to assist with daily administration
- Reach out to all non-lending banking customers to discuss their home lending situation and options
- Introduce, promote and assist customers with digital banking solutions to meet their needs
- Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities that will deepen your skills and expertise

**PERSON REQUIREMENTS**:

- Relevant experience in personal lending products experience (including mortgage lending)
- Have a proven track record of customer excellence gained in Banking
- Higher School Certificate completion is essential and relevant tertiary qualifications will be highly regarded
- Have a desire to develop your financial expertise
- Be solutions focused
