**Full-Time Barista & Medical Secretary Trainee**
**Location: Newstead, Brisbane**

We are seeking a dedicated and motivated professional to join our team in a unique dual position as **Barista and Medical Secretary Trainee**. Based at our modern medical practice in Newstead, this permanent full-time role provides an excellent opportunity to utilise your hospitality expertise while undertaking structured training in medical administration.

**Position Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**

Barista Duties
- Prepare and serve coffee and beverages to a consistently high standard.
- Maintain a clean and organised café environment.
- Provide friendly and professional customer service to patients, staff, and visitors.

Medical Secretary Training
- Greet patients and manage reception operations.
- Provide administrative support while maintaining patient confidentiality.
- Receive training in medical practice software and booking systems.
- Demonstrated barista experience (essential).
- Familiarity with **La Marzocco Linea PB Coffee Machines** or **Mythos 1 Grinders** is desirable, though not required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on customer service.
- Highly organised, professional, and proactive approach to work.
- Genuine interest in developing a career in healthcare administration.
- Previous reception or administrative experience will be highly regarded; however, training will be provided.
