As a casual Campos Coffee Barista for 20-30 hours per week at our Flagship Store in Gasworks, Newstead, Brisbane, you’ll be vital in ensuring every person receives the top-quality coffee and experience they expect from us. You’re the final step in a long line of people bringing our coffee from the paddock to the cup, and you’ll feel that responsibility deeply. You’ll be passionate about great coffee and our mission, and your attention to detail will protect and promote our brand within the community.

In this role, you’ll love the variety of every day, which will see you:

- Develop great relationships with customers, ensuring they love their experience with us, and look forward to their next visit
- Collaborate with colleagues, working as a team to create a seamless and enjoyable experience for our customers
- Contribute to the culture of our workplace, making Campos coffee a welcoming place where people feel they belong
- Maintain the highest quality product while managing the challenges of working in a fast-paced cafe environment
- Train new colleagues on the use of coffee machines and presentation techniques
- Educate customers on our mission and help them understand how they are a vital piece of the puzzle.

**About you**

As a Campos Coffee Barista, you’ll seriously care about doing a great job. You’ll love contributing to the team and the company, and will be passionate about delivering the best cup of coffee to customers, every time.

What we’ll need from you:

- Some experience as a Barista
- Outstanding interpersonal and presentation skills
- A genuine passion for the artistry of coffee making
- Willingness to learn, and share your skills and knowledge with the team
- Full Australian working rights
- 20-30 hour availability including at least one weekend day per week
