We are seeking an enthusiastic part-time Optical Assistant to join our team at ProVision Optometry. Help us deliver an exceptional customer service experience and work in a contemporary and boutique environment in a role that supports flexibility and balance.

**About the role**:

- Minimum of 16 hours over four days per week, including Saturday mornings, and would suit parents with school age children.
- Opportunity exists for extra hours if desired, as well as flexibility to work extra hours/days when required to cover absences.
- Learning and development is supported and encouraged with in practice training and online learning.

Enjoy a diverse and interesting role where you can:

- Provide superior customer service when greeting clients and over the phone with appointment bookings and customer enquiries;
- Offer a positive retail experience and advise on fashion and style during the frame selection process;
- Support our optometrist and practice manager with practice administration tasks.

**About you**:

- You speak Greek fluently to enable effective communication with some of our clientele;
- You thrive in a position that requires multitasking;
- You have a high level of attention to detail;
- You easily engage and establish rapport with customers;
- You are technically minded with the ability to grasp specialist concepts;
- You come from a retail and/or administration background.
