**The Role**
As the **Power Platform Specialist**, you will help in extending the investment in M365 Platform to cover growing business demand in the Power Platform space. To ensure capacity remains available to facilitate delivery on current and future projects a technical Power Platform functional specialist is required by the Microsoft Applications team to ensure successful program delivery.

Specific duties will include:

- Business solutions utilising Microsoft Power Platform and Dynamics 365 (On-Prem and Online)
- Customisations using Power Apps and Azure Serverless reports and charts using Power Bi
- CSIRO DevOps processes are followed
- Reduction in defect rates and early detection in the delivery lifecycle
- On-time Delivery

- Customer Orientation

**Skills + Experience**
- At least 5 years of proven experience in Power Platform and Dynamics CRM with at least 1 year on Power Platform (on-premise and cloud)
- Experience in Microsoft App development utilising Azure App Service or Power Platform and consuming through channels like Microsoft Teams Apps
- Experience in development on Power Platform and the low code technologies provided (Power Automate, Power Apps, Virtual Agents etc.)
- Knowledge of building Microsoft 365 apps to be secure, deployed through automation, easily monitored and tuned for scaling / high availability (where required).
- Proven ability to conduct roadmap studies to define implementation roadmap and overall direction for clients
- Experience working on pilot and proof of concept projects and reporting to management
- Demonstrated experience in working within an Agile and DevOps environment
- Proven expert level development experience and understanding of programming languages and constructs, specifically Dynamics CRM using C#. PowerShell and Javascript.
- Connections to other external systems and web services and supporting technologies such as REST APIs, JSON, XML etc.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and/or as a part of a team to deliver mission critical tasks.
- Demonstrated high level knowledge and experience in DevOps process methodologies, including automated deployments.
