**12 Month Fixed Term Contract - Full-Time 80 hours per fortnight** Monday to Friday 10.00 - 1830 12-month contract starting Mid to late June 2025 We have an exciting opportunity for an Administration Assistant to join our customer excellence team on a fixed-term 80 hour fortnight contract. You'll be working at our Urgent Care Unit as well as across all our Customer Excellence departments from Monday to Friday between 10.00 - 1830 Job Share possible. Your main responsibilities will include: - Provide a high standard of clerical and administrative support to the nursing setting as required. - Screening and responding to a range of confidential requests and enquiries that come through our department, ensuring timely and appropriate follow up - Establish, maintain and update computerised office and information management systems applicable to the service. - Greeting and assisting clients in a professional and prompt manner We're looking for someone who can maintain discretion when dealing with sensitive information and ensure excellent customer service across all our departments.
