The Australian Trade Training College is a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) delivering a variety of courses across multiple industries. Due to recent growth, we are in need of engaging and motivating Trainers to continue the great work in developing our future leaders in trade. As the demand for Industry Apprentices continues to grow, opportunities within Australian Trade Training College are abound.

If you enjoy a diverse role with plenty of variation, working on and off site, this could be the role for you Join a collaborative team of trainers who will provide a great support network whilst working independently to inspire and grow our students.

**We are seeking Trainers and Assessors to deliver**:

- Civil Construction - Plant Operation
- Civil Construction - Pipelaying
- Civil Construction - Road Construction and Maintenance

**Key Accountabilities / Responsibilities**
- Deliver training and assessment in the Certificate II & III qualifications in the relevant trade to Students both on and off site
- Develop effective working relationships with Apprentices and Employers whilst mentoring and training in the workplace
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of RTO programs
- Monitor Student training plans and ensure timely progression of our Students through the qualifications
- Independently plan worksite visits and onsite training with Apprentices
- Maintain a high level of compliance

**What you will bring**
- RTO training experience and Trade qualification/s in a relevant industry
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment
- Ability to engage, inspire and support Apprentices throughout their learning
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Reasonable level of computer skills

**Successful applicants must be eligible to work in Australia.**
