This company is an innovative leader in connecting to the Internet-of-Things (IoT).

They are a small yet rapidly growing and cutting-edge business who build & design emerging technologies.

Their solutions enable scalable, reliable, and secure access IoT networks for a diverse range of large government and corporate organizations.

**THE ROLE**:
As the Technical Support Analyst, you'll be responsible for providing remote support to customers using the company's IoT and network solutions.

You'll be configuring IoT devices, supporting customers, and be part of a team managing a complex IoT network, comprising hundreds of customer solutions and thousands of IoT devices across multiple countries.

Training on company specific solutions will be provided.

**_Responsibilities include:_**
- Configure and maintain IoT sensors, network server, and online dashboard solutions for customers.
- Provide a high standard of technical support to our customers, both on-line and by phone.
- Test new sensor types and assess their suitability.
- 5 days in the office is required.

**A SUITABLE CANDIDATE**:
Suitable for a Technical Support professional with methodical troubleshooting skills and excellent customer-service abilities.

Ideal for someone with a true passion for emerging technologies and the eagerness and aptitude to learn.

**_The following is required: _**
- Background in Technical Support background - e.g. Desktop Support, Service Desk or similar customer technical support positions.
- Experience working with a ticketing system.
- Network knowledge & understanding (TCP/IP) is beneficial.
- Interest in emerging technologies, IoT, and The Things Network is beneficial.
- Excellent communication, comprehension, and customer service skills - verbal and written
- Display curiosity, passion for technology, and a desire/aptitude to learn.
- Methodical approach to problem solving.
- Comfortable working 5 days in the office.

**This is a full-time permanent role located 10 minutes North of the Sydney CBD and is offering $75,000 - 90,000 (plus super) - depending on experience.
