_**Qualifications & experience**_
- Property related Degree and 1 -2 years if industry experience, you may come from valuations, construction, commercial real estate or other related fields.
- Positive and a team player solution focused.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and good interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organisational and administrative skills. Ability to prioritise and meet deadlines.
- A high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Passionate about your career in property and an interest in property development.
- Current Australian Drivers Licence and fluency in Mandarin is advantageous, but not essential.
- **Tasks & responsibilities**_
- Identifying and ability to manage project priorities whilst considering project programs, activities and stakeholder’s expectations and requirements.
- Clear communication skills and acting primary point of contact for project queries.
- Prepare project proposals and development summaries, feasibilities, project programs and budgets.
- Identifying appropriate resources/consultants to successfully support and deliver the project.
- Identify potential project risks or technical challenges and propose appropriate risk mitigation strategy or solution.
- Prepare project cash flow analysis and report against feasibility benchmark.
- Coordinate and manage invoices with accounts team to ensure invoices are processed in a timely manner.
- Assist in managing client relationships and stakeholder expectations.
- Build and develop business and professional relationships with industry leaders.
- Conduct market researches for both potential future project sites as well as existing on market products tobe well informed with the industry trend.
