**How will I help?**

The FM Platforms team is a cross-functional team sitting within Financial Markets specialising in delivery of electronic trading capability across FX, rates, credit and commodities. The team is focused on growing and enhancing our electronic product offering across our markets trading businesses. We are focused on automated and algorithmic trading, new trading platforms and products, trading analytics and electronic sales channels. We work closely with key stakeholders in the business to design and deliver our next-generation trading platform. You will join as an Associate to support the teams initiatives in developing a suite of trading analytics and reports to support the electronic trading and platforms business.

You will also:

- Develop and maintain analytics and dashboards to provide up-to-date information and metrics to the trading business on regulatory, performance, risk and relevant trading metrics.
- Support the development of new and improved tools to support our strategic initiatives and business objectives.
- Perform business analysis and create documentation around products, trading platforms and processes.

**What do I need?**

You will understand Financial Markets and have the desire to learn, with ideally graduate programme experience in FM. You will have a particular focus on data and statistical techniques and ideally have experience working on data visualisation tools, such as Tableau. To be successful you will have strong communication skills and the ability to work both in a team and independently. Further advantageous skills are:

- Python programming skills. Experience with Git or other source control tools highly desirable.
