- Use your exceptional stakeholder management and customer service skills to provide expert advice and an awareness of Fire & Building Safety, BCA matters and Building Certificates to internal and external customers.
- Protect and uphold Planning Policies and Environmental and Building Standards.
- Share your extensive Fire Safety investigative, audit and inspection experience with your team.
Things You’ll **Do**:
- Identify properties requiring fire upgrading and undertake Compliance action with respect to fire safety as appropriate, including the issue of penalty infringement notices.
- Comply and co-operate with WHS policies, procedures, instructions and safe systems of work and contribute to changes in obsolete or inefficient practices.

- **Interview date**: Interviews will be facilitated week beginning 5 September
- **Package**:$96,474 - $107,521 gross p.a. plus superannuation. Salaries will be negotiated based on skills and experience.
- **Hours of work**: Permanent Full Time, 35 hours per week with option of 19 day month flexi time arrangement.
