**Head of Financial Crime Planning & Enablement**

**About your new role**

**You will be leading** and managing the Financial Crime Planning and Enablement teams to deliver uplift in the Financial Crime Risk framework and increase the robustness of controls and execution efficiencies. Your role will include operational performance reporting and capability development. You will ensure the Risk and Controls framework is adhered to by establishing and delivering a quality assurance program and developing comprehensive operational process documentation to accurately record the regulatory process requirements.**

**To be successful in this role you will have**:

- Extensive experience in operations and leading large scale risk operations functions in highly regulated business.
- Previous experience leading an AML Operations function in an Australian regulated designated business group
- A Strong understanding of the operational requirements of adhering to AUSTRAC’s expectations
- Proven experience in providing robust, transparent and timely reporting on AML Risk Operations activities to provide senior management appropriate oversight of the functions performance
