Our highly successful **Subaru team located at Doncaster** is looking for an organised and energetic** Sales Consultant** who is passionate about selling vehicles and providing exceptional customer service by understanding the needs of our customers and making a difference.

**As a high level overview, you will**:

- Be part of a vibrant team that thrives on innovation and creativity. You’ll be at the forefront of driving growth and contributing to your and our success story.
- Achieving personal sales volume targets set on a monthly basis
- Introducing Customers to our Business managers for Finance and Insurance and our Aftermarket team
- Develop and maintain effective customer relationships
- Maintain a well presented showroom at all times
- Maintain current knowledge of assigned brands, products and services and our competitor’s products

**About you**:

- Be driven and be sales savvy
- Demonstrate a customer first approach
- Thrive on building and maintaining strong relationships with clients through effective communication, trust-building, and understanding their needs.
- Be invigorated and driven by individual and team achievement of success
- Previous experience in Automotive Sales highly regarded
- Current drivers licence
