**JOB SUMMARY**
The Video Coordinator is the specialist on digital systems and processes for the Commercial Product & Strategy team, focused on emerging video products. The role is integral to the smooth functioning of our client's emerging video products and systems through the development and maintenance of clear workflows. Moreover, the role collaborates with product teams across the business to create and improve processes to deliver improved commercial outcomes to both business and customer.

**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**
- System enhancements, improvements and audience segment portfolio management
- Business casing and presentation of new system features to internal and external stakeholders
- Ensuring SOX compliance with business rules.
- Documentation and maintenance of processes
- Monthly partnership revenue reporting
- Management of video product operations, execution, and fulfillment

**JOB QUALIFICATIONS**
- Able to influence multiple stakeholders across a cross-functional team to move toward a solution within required timeframes
- Solutions-focused and able to translate concerns and issues into actions in a proactive manner and with a commercial outlook
- Confident and able to articulate key information to stakeholders with varying levels of expertise
- Excellent time management and attention to detail with a high level of organisational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Intermediate to advanced Excel Skills; Experience with digital advertising systems, ideally with Adobe Audience Manager, News Connect, Google Ad Manager or Taboola
