**Calling All Administration Assistant**

- Please do note that this is both Office and Field Role and you will be required to be involved in the on-call roster._

**About the role**

We are looking for 1 x Administration Assistant to join our team. You must have availability for a minimum of four (4) days a week. We currently have available Part-Time and Full-Time positions available.

**Your Key Responsibilities Include**:

- Build rapport and collaborate effectively with staff/management, participants, their family, and friends to achieve a positive outcome and ensure a smooth service delivery flow throughout the participants' plan.
- Assist with liaising with participants' families and friends to explore new goals, ambitions, promote and empower participants to achieve their goals and provide a medium of solid communication.
- Responsibility of covering all aspects of the hiring process including onboarding and induction processes.
- Responsibility for Scheduling/Rostering aligned with each participants needs, goals, wants and requirements
- Required to be on call after hours/weekends at management’s discretion
- Involved in all areas of communications on a daily basis
- Performance management of support workers including but not limited to timesheet discrepancies, frequent call-ins etc.
- Provide coaching and assistance to office staff on regular Basis
- Creating documentation such as Progress Reports, Participant Risk Assessment and Environment Risk Assessment
- Oversee ABCs and Incident reports - ensuring they are documented correctly with relevant information and facts and uploaded to drive on time

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 20 per week

**Salary**: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

**Experience**:
