**Product Development Manager**

As they continue to grow, post pandemic, they now seek the services of an experience Product Development Manager to support an extensive portfolio of products.

**Your role**

Your role is to support the organisation and their partner network in the delivery of Product Compliance and Product Management. This involves end to end product management from development, the preparation of documents and assurance supporting the compliance framework and the implementation of product initiatives.

**Product Compliance**
- Ensure product, PDS and TMD changes satisfy regulatory, compliance, partner and underwriter requirements
- Ensure compliance with internal and external underwriter product design, sign off/approval and implementation procedure by ensuring wording changes satisfy regulatory, compliance, partner and underwriter requirements

**Product Management**
- Manage new and existing product portfolios, including reporting and improvements to product, underwriting and policy wording
- Innovate new product offerings

**About you**
- Strong understanding of Product disciplines and end customer experience
- Experience and background in drafting PDSs and Policy Wordings
- Strong working knowledge of general insurance
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Intermediate InDesign skills
