Your previous experience as sales professional will be clearly evident in your CV and will demonstrate your ability to be autonomous in a role. You are 1) influential and 2) organised. Time management and prioritisation along with displaying a strategic approach to reach goals is a must.

You have a high level of computer competency with a good understanding and experience in using customer relationship management systems.

THE BUSINESS & ROLE:
As a telemarketing lead generator, your role is to generate firm quoting opportunities for our Area managers scattered throughout South East Queensland.

Your role will include but certainly not limited to:

- Generating leads from past, unconverted quotes
- Re-activating past clients
- Calling referrals generated by the company
- Cold Calling new prospects

A huge amount of training, upskilling, practicing and personal development to support you to become the very best you can be.

REMUNERATION:
This is a Base Salary + Superannuation + Bonses position.

our existing sales data says that if you follow the process and do the activity, you will generate in excess of $40k per year for about 20 hours work. In fact, the minimum target we want people to achieve is this.

If you hit your targets, you will be rewarded well. However, we do not work with mediocre people.

There is no cap or ceiling on remuneration. You will only be limited by your own belief, skill and

activity.
