**The Opportunity
As the Partnerships and Retail Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing the promotional and retail media growth strategies to drive revenue growth, secure market leading promotions, ensure a competitive pricing strategy and nurture a collaborative relationship with our key strategic partner sellers. You will be responsible for ensuring adherence to promotional mechanics across all banners.

**What you'll do
- Develop and nurture a strategic partnership with a core range of sellers to establish WMP as the go-to destination for market-leading deals.
- Establish an ongoing and long-term high-performance promotional plan with strategic partners to drive revenue growth and secure exposure.
- Analyse market trends, customer data, and competitive pricing to inform commercial planning decisions and seller proposals.
- Manage pricing changes, including promotional offers and discounts, in collaboration with the relevant internal teams.
- Analyse product performance data to identify opportunities for improvement and optimise pricing strategies. Develop and maintain strong relationships with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and collaboration.

**What you'll bring
- 3-5 years experience in a Marketplace or eComm environment dealing with suppliers and sellers.
- Proven experience in identifying and implementing pricing strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Strong analytical skills, with a data-driven approach to decision making and a structured way of working
- Exceptional relationship-building capabilities, managing multiple stakeholders
- Proven ability to balance multiple priorities and deliver results within deadlines Strong understanding of relevant regulations and guidelines
