We have opportunities for experienced Maintenance Fitters based at our **Pakenham**site on day and afternoon shift (non-rotating), to ensure our production and manufacturing processes are safely and effectively maintained to achieve production outcomes. **What we offer**:

**What you offer**:

- Experience in installations, repairs and maintenance of industrial manufacturing equipment, preferably primary food processing industry
- Experience in fault finding on hydraulic, pneumatic and complex mechanical systems
- Experience in breakdown as well and preventive maintenance
- Sound interpersonal skills with the ability to develop relationships, communicate and collaborate effectively with key stakeholders
- Strong attention to detail, information processing and problem solving skills required along with the ability to multitask
- Ability to identify and introduce improvements in maintenance practices and plant performance
- Routine maintenance functions for the manufacturing facility
- Machine fault finding to ensure challenging production targets are met and equipment optimization
- Computer literate & ability to navigate your way around our preventative maintenance program, MEX
- Working knowledge of WHS principles
- Production maintenance, fabrication, repair and close out of MEX requests will be a focus of this position.
- Minimum Certificate III in a mechanical trade qualification
- Demonstrated experience in a food or pharma manufacturer preferred
