We have an opportunity for an experienced Maintenance Supervisor based at our **Pakenham**site; you will be a crucial team member within Maintenance Team; ensuring our production and manufacturing processes are safely and effectively maintained to achieve production outcomes.

**The Role**
- Advocate to the company’s relevant OH&S policies and procedures
- Coordinate with external suppliers to receive a cost-effective spare part solution
- Update and maintain purchase order register (M3 experience preferred but not essential)
- Maintain spares inventory.
- Receipt goods received and process respective admin transactions.
- Respond to spare parts dependant critical breakdowns.
- Ensure workshop cleanliness is maintained.
- Audit fitter and electrical toolboxes, weekly.
- Raise, obtain approval and receipt purchase orders.
- Work closely with offsite vendors
- Ability to step in and assist the Engineering Maintenance and Reliability Manager in all aspects of work

**Skills & Experience**
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written
- Strong computer skills and proficient use of the Microsoft Suite
- Relevant qualifications in Engineering, trade background ideally relating to the FMCG Food industry including HACCP training/certification
- Forklift licence is essential
- Demonstrated store experience (minimum 3 years) in a trades/engineering store is favourable
- Excellent time management and interpersonal skills
- Ability to forward plan problem solve
- Contractor management and experience working with production teams
