We have an opportunity for an experienced Maintenance Supervisor based at our **Pakenham **site; you will be a crucial team member within Maintenance Team; ensuring our production and manufacturing processes are safely and effectively maintained to achieve production outcomes.

**The Role**
- Advocate to the company’s relevant OH&S policies and procedures
- Coordinate with external suppliers to receive a cost-effective spare part solution
- Process indirect spending purchase orders
- Maintain Critical spares inventory.
- Receipt goods received and process respective admin transactions.
- Liaise and support Maintenance Manager and Planners to achieve scheduled preventative and corrective maintenance.
- Respond to spare parts dependant critical breakdowns.
- Ensure workshop cleanliness is maintained.
- Audit fitter and electrical toolboxes, weekly.
- Delegate responsibility and tasks to team members across all shifts
- Manage any questions, concerns and complaints that may be brought forward
- Ability to step in and assist the Engineering Maintenance and Reliability Manager in all aspects of work

**Skills & Experience**
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written
- Strong computer skills and proficient use of the Microsoft Suite
- Relevant qualifications in Engineering, trade background ideally relating to the FMCG Food industry including HACCP training/certification
- Demonstrated store experience (minimum 5 years) in a trades/engineering store is favourable
- Excellent time management and interpersonal skills
- Ability to forward plan, problem solve and delegate when needed.
- Contractor management and experience working with production teams
