**Key responsibilities will include**:

- Proactive identification of areas of opportunity for improvement
- Utilise effective escalation to effectively manage the resolution of incidents within contracted service level timeframes
- Assist broader Clinical support team in all aspects of Incident and Problem management
- Provide formal and regular feedback to the team regarding improved support opportunities, processes, and standards
- Develop processes which align with ITIL to improve support performance for services provided by the team

**To be considered for this position, requirements include**:

- 5 + years’ experience managing or supporting
- 5 + years' experience in Local ANZ Health Industry knowledge/expertise
- Hardware platforms and server architecture
- Agile Development Methodology
- Virtualization: VMware, Hyper-V, Citrix
- Integration and interoperability solutions
- Understanding of interfacing and HL7 messaging
- Degree in Health Information Management and/or Information Technology (desired)
- T/SQL or PL/SQL Experience (desired)
- ITIL certification (desired)
- Formal Management qualifications (desired)

The office is located in Brisbane city but allows the ability to work from home in a suitable environment when necessary. Travel may be required in this role.
