**About This Position**
National Merchandising Administrator's provide support and administrative assistance to the Group Merchandise Team. This role involves managing supplier price support claims, maintaining Peters claim data, processing claims, and running specific financial and supplier reports.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Load and maintain supplier price support claim data table.
- Manage record storage for supplier price supporting documents.
- Execute the monthly supplier price support claim process.
- Process monthly Peters Approved Discount claims.
- Compile and distribute specific daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
- Perform general administrative duties as required.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
- Strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Great attention to detail.
- Self-starter with project management skills.
- Excellent administration skills.
- Ability to work autonomously.
- Proactive and self-motivated.
- Analytical skills.
- Advanced computer skills, including Microsoft Excel.
- Working knowledge of MFG-Pro is an advantage.
- Good product knowledge.
