Our thriving bakery located in West Footscray is seeking a BOH/Café All-rounder to join our team. Our bakery is known for its delicious baked goods, from homemade pastries to artisan breads and custom cakes, all with a sprinkle of Sweden You will be playing a huge role in our company by ensuring our high quality standards are met.

**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for day-to-day operations in the kitchen
- Follow the recipes in accordance with the business’s operating standards
- Cooking raw pastries and preparing sandwiches/baguettes
- Maintain inventory control procedures
- Providing excellent customer service whilst maintaining a “can do” attitude.
- Operating a POS and EFTPOS machine with cash handling duties
- Maintaining a clean service area according to food safety standards

Part-time hours: 28 per week

**Salary**: $25.00 - $27.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

- West Footscray, VIC 3012: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Back of house: 1 year (preferred)

- Australia (preferred)
