**About the role**:

- Gold Fields is seeking a technically skilled and solutions-focused Advisor Sustainability Systems to support the effective use and continuous improvement of INX InControl and InTuition across our Australian operations.**In this role, you will**:

- Provide high-level support, system administration, and troubleshooting
- Maintain and monitor database quality and ensure QA/QC processes
- Deliver actionable insights through system-based data analysis
- Manage system security access and user permissions
- Develop and deliver INX training across all operations
- Ensure compliance with legislative and internal recordkeeping requirements

**About you**:

- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (Essential)
- Certificate IV in OHS (Desirable)
- Demonstrated INX administration experience (formal training or equivalent)
- Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word)
- Excellent communicator with strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Current Manual C Class Driver’s Licence
