Seeking Casual trainers and assessors to deliver training across the following areas:
- Commercial Cookery (Practical)
- Patisserie (Practical)

This opportunity will give you the chance to:

Evolution Hospitality Institute is one of Sydney's' leading hospitality colleges, located right at Town Hall with over 45 staff currently employed and growing. We deliver training over a 7-day period.

You will be an excellent and positive communicator, who is able to deal with a diverse range of students and fellow employees alike. You will be able to clearly transfer your seasoned industry experience into a learning journey for your students that is engaging and insightful. Our students come from all over the globe and your ability to create an inclusive learning environment will be key to your success.

Key Responsibilities
- Delivery and facilitation of units in line with allocated class schedules meeting ASQA Standards
- Work with the Academic Team to ensure the accurate, compliant and timely submission of all assessment outcomes along with reporting requirements.
- Ensure the integrity of your delivery and engagement of your presentation is of the highest level
- Opportunity to develop learning material and assessments

Essential Qualifications / Experience
- Minimum of 2 years relevant and current industry experience
- Certificate IV TAE40116
- Certificate III or IV Commercial Cookery, Certificate III or IV in Patisserie
