**About the role**:
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated individual to join our Cyber Security team as an IT Security Administrator. This position will be based in Chadstone and will report to the IT Security Operations Manager. As an IT Security Administrator, you will play a crucial role in providing technical support and incident resolution for our IT and Identity services, with a focus on our identity platform Identity Now (SailPoint). Your responsibilities will include coordinating and resolving day-to-day security issues, providing ongoing technical resource requirements, improving service delivery, and handling service and user access requests.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide technical support and incident resolution for IT and Identity services, including our identity platform Identity Now (SailPoint).
- Coordinate and resolve day-to-day security issues to ensure service continuity.
- Provide technical resource requirements to support the deployment of our Identity Now platform.
- Identify and resolve service deficiencies to enhance service delivery.
- Take action on service and user access requests.
- Escalate incidents or requests requiring further technical assistance to the relevant team members or external service providers.
- Ensure knowledge articles are up to date and identify and participate in training opportunities.

**About you**:
To be successful in this role you will possess the following:
Minimum Requirements:

- Appropriate qualifications in Cyber Security or currently working towards certification.
- Any IT and/or Security Networking experience is beneficial.
- Knowledge of the retail industry is preferred.
- Professional and highly focused customer service approach.
- Outside-the-box thinking for training initiatives.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively with mínimal supervision.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Drive to continually improve and achieve success as a team.
- Attention to detail.
