The security team at Coles is proud on their successful delivery of customer-focused solutions. There are a lot of exciting initiatives on the horizon as protecting our customers, team members and reputation is essential to being the most trusted retailer.

The Information Security team is accountable for all aspects of Information Security across Coles including Strategy & Architecture, Identity, Security Governance, Security Detection & Response, Data Protection and Security Services. This role will be based within the Identity team and will play an active role in uplifting the Coles' Identity and Access Management services for Coles team members, suppliers and partners.

**About the role**

Reporting to the Delivery Manager, you will act as an iteration manager practicing servant leadership with the team across up to two product squads.

The role responsibilities include the following
- Facilitate the team with all agile rituals e.g. stand-up, planning/grooming, retrospectives
- Setup up processes to help the team identify opportunities for continuous improvement
- Coach the product team on scrum/agile principles
- Help the team identify any internal or external hurdles and helping them resolve those
- Help the team to make their work transparent, including conversations with stakeholders as changes and issues arise, iteration reporting and showcases to stakeholders.
- Cross project dependency management and co-ordination
- Engage stakeholders and conducting or participating in workshops to facilitate information capture for development systems on production environment.
- Iteration Managers will work with the Delivery Leads when planning and committing business change to ensure that the delivery teams can meet those commitments.
- Understand stakeholders’ needs and motivations and implement strategies to address complexities. Use targeted communication styles effectively.
- Communicate these concepts to a range of stakeholders at the appropriate level of detail.
- Navigate the organisation to identify and achieve solutions to business and customer problems

**About you**

To be successful in this role, we're looking for the following experience and skills
- Excellent skills in leading a team including coaching, having difficult conversations and providing feedback
- Comfortable resolving conflict and able to facilitate discussion on alternatives and different approaches
- High level of flexibility with the ability to adapt to change
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong understanding of Agile principles and purpose
- Self-motivation, mentoring and leadership skills
- 3+ years’ experience strategizing and maintaining large programs of work preferred
- 3 years’ in-depth practical and demonstrable experience working as an Iteration Manager or similar in agile environments
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- Certified Scrum Master, Professional Scrum Master accreditations highly desirable
