The security team at Coles is proud on their successful delivery of customer-focused solutions. There are a lot of exciting initiatives on the horizon as protecting our customers, team members and reputation is essential to being the most trusted retailer.

The Information Security team is accountable for all aspects of Information Security across Coles including Strategy & Architecture, Identity, Security Governance, Security Detection & Response, Data Protection and Security Services. This role will be based within the Identity team and will play an active role in uplifting the Coles' Identity and Access Management services for Coles team members, suppliers and partners.

**About the role**

Reporting to the Group Product Manager, you will act as a product manager for the Incident and Operations squad, with a strong involvement in “what” the squads are building.

The role responsibilities include the following
- Responsible for creating a roadmap for their product squad that delivers high quality customer experiences and improves business metrics
- Utilizes OKRs to define objectives and key success measures for their squad
- Defines backlog with their squad, partners with the crew lead to ensure the backlog aligns with the business and product strategies. Frame product backlog in context of bigger picture and larger product roadmap and strategy
- Manages and prioritises backlog to deliver on their quarterly objectives and key commercial outcomes
- Accountable for the results (customer/business outcome) of their squads
- Familiarity with top level inputs & metrics in order accurately identify problems
- Responsible for end-to-end execution of their initiatives, from discovery to delivery
- Ability to lead complex cross-functional initiatives. Fosters and maintains relationships stakeholders to ensure transparency and alignment around backlog and priorities
- Works closely with Product Managers across Crews to manage dependencies and risk
- Communicates to stakeholders on progress of initiatives
- Passionate about Coles and the customer problems we are solving

**About you**

To be successful in this role, we're looking for the following experience and skills
- Experience working in fast paced environments and comfortable with change.
- Exceptional communication skills. Written communication that is clear and effective.
- Proven experience working in Cyber Security, Identity and Access Management or similar.
- Familiarity with the following: Azure, NetIQ and CyberArk preferred.
- A consistent history of managing security request and incidents.
- Proven ability to independently identify, triage and resolve problems at the squad level.
- Ability to work under pressure and prioritise work based on impact
- Experience contributing to a Product Management Chapter
- Skilled in working collaboratively with engineers and designers.
- 3 years’ experience as an Agile Product Manager or similar preferred
- Highly collaborative, able to engage and collaborate with a diverse range of stakeholders.
- Listen well. You build consensus by default but can drive hard decisions when needed. You push the pace.
- Skilled in translating business requirements into product concepts and solutions.
- Tertiary Degree is preferred
- Experience analysing and identifying incident root cause patterns and trends and raising problem records on other squads.
