**Recoveries**Fast** Track Consultant**

We are excited to announce that we are hiring for a full-time permanent position in the Recoveries Fast Track Team based at the North Lakes office

Our goal is to recover the most amount of money in the most efficient and regulated manner for each claim. The role will involve managing a portfolio of undisputed liability claims, where you use your skills to collect this money.

**Skills & Experience**
- Motor claim or liability experience highly desirable
- Ideally a good understanding of the legislative, regulatory and compliance obligations.
- Ability to make decisions and liaise with solicitors and stakeholders.
- Exceptional customer service skills written and verbal.
- Demonstrated ability to operate in a complex environment, prioritise tasks and organise workload effectively.
- Ability to develop strong relationships at all levels with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Broad ability to drive for results, focus on outcomes and well-developed negotiation skills.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage a portfolio of recoveries claims, these will be claims where a TPI claim number has been provided and the liability has been accepted.
- Maximise the recovery amount received on each claim.
- Effectively manage and triage claims through coordination, communication and prioritisation of activity between Recoveries, customers, TPI’s, and service providers.
- Manage outbound calls to TPI’s to chase recovery payments.
- Manage inbound correspondence from TPI’s on undisputed claims.
- Instigate litigation where appropriate, considering the broader commercial impacts.
- Leverage available tools and resources to maximise contact productivity with TPI’s.
