YOUR NEW ROLE
The Retail Operations Administration Assistant role is an integral part of the smooth operation of the Retail Operations team and assists in delivering a superior level of service to the wider business. This role will be responsible for providing support to Chief Retail Officer, Regional Leaders, Area Leaders, Stores and Central Operations support team functions.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Managing business to business sales and building client relationships, including new clients
- Supporting Stores, Area Operations, Retail Operations direct reports and the wider support team functions with day-to-day requirements
- Supporting the Retail Operations team with creating reports, presentations, and documents
- Processing of invoices specifically for the Retail Operations team and corporate credit card
- expenses on a weekly and monthly basis
- Supporting the reconciliation of financial accounts for Retail Operations campaigns and
- incentives with the Finance
- Managing and assisting where possible with all ad hoc enquiries requiring support from the
- Central Operations team from the wider business, including stores, DC and support office team

**YOU WILL NEED**:

- Formal Qualifications in relevant discipline
- Strong organisational skills coupled with Intermediate in MS Office - Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Ability to manage difficult situations
- Excellent communication skills both verbally and written
- Experience in retail would be an advantage.
