**The Story of Toby's Estate**:It all started back in 1997, in the grungy streets of Woolloomooloo. Armed with Mum’s garage, a beat-up coffee roaster, and passion on tap, we kicked off a wild ride of coffee discovery. No frills, just a relentless focus on roasting delicious coffee and treating our people like family. Fast forward 26 years, and we’re a lively bunch of coffee lovers and creative misfits, pushing the boundaries of specialty coffee and doing epic things every day.

**About the role**:
Join us as our Café Operations Manager at Toby’s Estate, where you will play a key role in shaping the future of our cafes in Melbourne, Brisbane, and Sydney. In this role, you will oversee three Café Managers, providing leadership and guidance to ensure the consistent and efficient operation of each location. Your focus will be on driving operational excellence, maintaining the highest standards of customer service, and ensuring that each café embodies the Toby’s Estate brand With a strong emphasis on financial acumen, you will be responsible for managing key performance metrics such as labour costs, food costs, and overall profitability.

You’re a natural leader with a passion for coffee and a track record in café management. You thrive in fast-paced environments, balancing operational excellence with creativity. Your financial acumen and attention to detail help you manage budgets and drive performance, while your people skills inspire and develop your team. With experience managing multiple locations, you’re ready to lead Toby’s Estate cafes, ensuring exceptional coffee and customer experiences across the board.
