**Your New Opportunity**:
We are seeking a motivated and organised **Sales Administrator **to support our Truck Sales team. You will be responsible for maintaining an accurate and up-to-date customer database, ensuring that all customer information is organized and easily accessible. Your attention to detail and efficient management of these tasks will play a vital role in contributing to the overall success of the truck business. In this role you will also be:

- Raise Sales Contracts for the purchase of vehicles utilising ERA based software.
- Registration and Supplier accounts, issue and receipting of Purchases orders working in with Schedulers to ensure dates are adhered too
- Raise work order and ensure part availability and scheduling of ADR (Aust. Design Regulations) components and entering vehicles into the RAV system
- Monitoring of incoming stock and shipping dates
- Finalising work orders and accruing totals to ensure that sales have stayed on budget
- Control the monthly sales reports and budgets
- Create and cost workshop repair orders

- Customer focussed team player with a can do attitude
- Excellent verbal and non-verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- A high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to work unsupervised and meet regular deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office with medium to advance level skills in Excel.
