Darling Group is the creative force behind some of Melbourne’s most-loved venues, including Top Paddock, Higher Ground, Cheri, and the newly launched Observatory Cafe in the Royal Botanic Gardens. We’re on the lookout for passionate **Baristas**to join our all-star teams across our incredible venues. You know your way around an espresso machine, live for that silky milk texture, and know the difference between a good coffee and a _great_ one. You're consistent, calm under pressure and care about every cup that hits the pass.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
- Minimum 1 year barista experience in a fast-paced café
- Confident in dialling in and adjusting grind
- A love for specialty coffee and an eye for detail
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Excellent communication and outgoing personality
- Adaptable and able to multi-task effectively
- Attention to detail and a strong work ethic
- Able and willing to work a rotating roster including weekend, public holiday, opening and closing shifts
