We are looking for superstar Baristas to join our team at one of our banking partners in busy Bourke Street. With a great friendly team, and either casual, full time or part time rosters on offer these positions provide the perfect work life balance If you are a confident Barista who loves working in a busy and fast paced environment and able to stay calm under pressure - read on, this could be the perfect role for you.

**Key duties**
- Engage with your customers, taking high volume coffee orders, ensuring each user is 100% satisfied
- Speed, efficiency and A+ quality is vital
- Maintain coffee stocks and ensure your space is clean
- The ability to set, adjust, correct machine and grinder settings
- Responsible for cleaning, maintenance, and daily step down of machine

**The Person**
- We’re after experienced barista’s (true coffee connoisseurs) who are comfortable producing high-quality coffees, with speed Latte art would be a bonus
- Professional presentation - this is a front of house role, and you will be the face of the company to our users
- Excellent communication skills and confident in working independently
- Strong work ethic - happy to work on your own sometimes but play a key role in the team
- Barista Qualifications a must
- Excellent social skills and ability to maintain casual conversation
